  • Roberto is an experienced marketing and advertising executive. He is a recognized leader in integrated marketing spanning general market and multicultural segments. He served previously as President of leading U.S. agencies Orci Advertising and Acento Advertising, and Marketing VP of Juanita's Foods. Roberto also managed client teams for Ogilvy & Mather.He is a former Chair of the Hispanic Marketing Council (formerly AHAA) where he was awarded the Game Changer Award by HispanicAd.com.

    Roberto is also a founding member of AIMM, an arm of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). AIMM is revolutionizing inclusive marketing for the 21st century alongside 200+ leading advertisers and marketing firms, by creating new ways to grow through inclusive marketing. Roberto’s experience spans numerous industries including Packaged Goods, Retail, Telecom, Financial, Healthcare, Insurance and Entertainment. Throughout his career he helped grow clients’ brands in the U.S.,Canada and Mexico, including Wells Fargo, Honda, Nestle, Allstate, Johnson & Johnson, Verizon, American Express, Mattel, Shell Oil, Clairol and KFC among others.

  • Hans is an award winning creative director with a passion for strategy and ideas that elevate brands. His work has been recognized at Cannes, Davey Awards, New York Festivals, Annual Graphics and Fiap. Recently, during the Covid pandemic his innovative campaign for One Touch Hats won numerous awards for best social media campaign.Hans is expert in all stages of the creative process from strategy development to post-production.

    He incorporates a blend of creative and business problem-solving skills to deliver on-target, impactful communications in broadcast, direct mail, web, and digital media, as well as package design.Prior to managing his own independent agency, Hans was a creative leader at BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi and Casanova/McCann, and has led the work for major brands including Nestle, General Mills, Pepsi-Cola, California Lottery, Verizon, Molina Healthcare and Heal The Bay.In his spare time you will find Hans enjoying nature on his bike.

    Oscar is known for propelling organizations to create products, brands, and experiences that resonate with the new consumer and drive sustainable growth. He brings over 15 years of expertise in marketing and innovation leadership roles across lifestyle brands, primarily in the wine, spirits, and beer industry. His journey began at Diageo, where, among other responsibilities, he played a pivotal role in reshaping the company's upscale tequila portfolio, contributing to a decade of double-digit growth. In his most recent role at Heineken USA, Oscar led a significant innovation strategy that went beyond traditional beer offerings, identifying new market spaces, developing new capabilities, and successfully launching profitable new products.

    Oscar carries a contagious passion for what is new and thrives at motivating positive change. Recently, he has actively supported investment initiatives to create and develop food and beverage products and brands within the “better-for-you” and “better-for-the-planet” space. As an industry leader, Oscar has been recognized with 2 Association of National Advertisers (ANA) Multicultural Excellence Awards, 3 Clio Music Awards, and other accolades. Additionally, he has served as a juror for prestigious advertising and communication awards, including the Reggies.
